BOW TIES
2 cups flour
3 egg yolks
1 tbs sugar
¾ cup sour
cream
½ tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla
(Can be
doubled, tripled, or quadrupled)
Mix
flour sugar and salt.
Mix
yolks and vanilla.
Add
yolks to flour mixture and blend with fork.
Add
sour cream.
Kneed lightly.
Roll
on floured board.
Cut
in strips with edger cutter.
Cut
slits in each and fashion into a bow.
Fry
in deep fat. Drain on paper towels.
Coat with hot honey or powdered sugar.
