CAULIFLOWER AND CHEESE
5 tbs flour
1 large head
of cauliflower
5 tbs butter
2 cups milk
½ tsp salt
½ lb Velvita Cheese (cut up into
cubes)
Clean
and cut up cauliflower.
Drop
into salted boiling water and boil for about 10-15 min.
Drain
and keep warm.
Meanwhile,
Make
a white sauce with the butter, flour and salt.
Add
warm milk, and stirring bring to a boil.
Add
Velvita cheese and stir over low heat until cheese is melted and sauce is
thick.
Pour
over cauliflower which has been transferred to a casserole dish.
Keep
warm in a warm oven until ready to serve.
