CEASAR SALAD
1 head Romaine
lettuce
2 tbs wine vinegar
¾ cup olive
oil
4 tbs lemon juice
1 bulb of
garlic (chopped)
6 anchovies
salt & pepper to taste
1 coddled egg
yolk
¼ cup Romano
cheese (grated)
Wash,
dry, and tear up lettuce and put it into a large bowl.
Add
salt and pepper.
Add
egg yolk, oil, and garlic. Toss.
Mix
then add the remaining ingredients.
Toss
and serve.
