COLE SLAW
1 med head of cabbage(shredded)
2 cups
mayonnaise
1-2 med
carrots (shredded)
½ cup wine
vinegar
¼ cup lemon
juice
½ cup sugar
salt & pepper (to taste)
Put
shredded cabbage and carrots into a large bowl.
Combine
vinegar and lemon juice.
Dissolve
sugar in vinegar mixture.
Pour
the vinegar mixture slowly into the mayonnaise and beat lightly.
Add
salt and pepper.
Pour
over cabbage and carrots and mix well.
Chill
before serving.
