EASTER PRETZELS
5 lb flour
¾ lb butter
10 tsp baking
powder
½ cup sugar
3 tsp salt
13 - 14 eggs
Combine
flour, baking pdr, salt, and sugar.
Add
butter and blend with a pastry blender.
Beat
eggs and add to flour mixture a little at a time.
(Add
a little milk if it seem too dry and hard.)
Kneed on a floured board.
Cut
into small pieces. Roll each piece and
form a pretzel.
Boil
and turn.
Broil
till brown on both sides.
Bake
4000 F for 10 min.
