LITTLE CHEESE CAKES
3- 8 oz pkgs
cream cheese
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ tsp
vanilla
(mini cupcake pans)
Beat
all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour
into mini-paper cups
Bake at 3000 F
for 25 min.
Remove
from pan and cool on rack. (May be
frozen at this time)
Refrigerate
until cold.
Before
serving, fill the center with sour cream, strawberry yogurt (or any flavor),
ice cream, whipped cream, fruit filling, preserves, or anything.
