MEATBALLS
2 lbs chopped
beef
3 eggs
1/3 cup grated
Romano cheese
1 tbs chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
½ cup
unflavored bread crumbs
1 tsp parsley
Crack
eggs in a large bowl.
Add
garlic, salt, cheese, oregano, and parsley.
Scramble
slightly.
Add
chopped beef and mix with fork.
Add
bread crumbs and mix well with hands until evenly blended throughout.
Roll
into whatever size meatballs you like. (If adding to sauce, remember that they
will swell a bit in cooking.
Fry
in pan with one inch cooking oil until nicely browned on all sides.
Eat
as is or add to sauce.
